REFUND POLICY

As advertised, Kontagiouz Soundz Producktionz offers a money-back guarantee on the Indie Artist Success Pak.  

If you were not able to do at least one of the following listed in the four categories below, you might be eligible for a refund:

            1.  Obtain a record deal from a major or independent label; or obtain a publishing deal from a music publisher or administrator at any level, or obtain a management deal (personal or business manager), or a production deal (with a major or indie producer).

OR

            2.  Get your music placed in a film (independent or major), or TV spot (advertisement commercial, any type of show that airs on TV), or Radio (jingle ads for businesses or background music live on air) or video game.

OR

            3.  Make 5,000 combined sales of singles, full CDs, and merchandise.

OR

4.  Make four times (quadruple) the income you made from live shows (gigs, concerts) before you purchased the Indie Artist Success Pak.

The following terms, conditions, and procedures shall apply to the refund:

• By requesting a refund, you are solemnly stating that you purchased and used every resource available from HotBeatsandHooks.com which includes the beats and/or beats with hooks, e-books, and listened and followed all the information provided in email tips, blogs and all videos/audios.

• Customers who order the Indie Artist Success Pak with the sole intention of copying it and returning it for a refund, in violation of both U.S. and International copyright laws, will be pursued via legal action for damages.
   
• All refund requests can be submitted to us after 12 months from the original purchase date of the product.  (This policy is in place to ensure all information in the Indie Artist Success Pak and resources from HotBeatsandHooks.com (as explained above) were implemented and carried out with immense effort to achieve success).

• Refunds can only be issued to the credit card originally used to purchase.  We do not issue refund checks - no exceptions!  We cannot issue a refund if your credit card used to make the original purchase has been cancelled or has expired.
  
  (This policy is in place to protect us from the criminal act of some dishonest customers of receiving a refund check, then disputing the original charge in order to fraudulently obtain two refunds from us.  Unfortunately, many dishonest people do this; therefore we no longer issue checks.)
